Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Desk Desktop External Drive

Seagate has officially announced the release of the first three terabytes (TB) desktop external drive, namely Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Desk. The cost for 3TB of new FreeAgent Desk GoFlex external hard drive is about $ 250.

The external hard drive features a USB 2.0 interface, but you can buy special cards that provide compatibility with USB 3.0 or FireWire 800 interface. The Seagate FreeAgent Desk 3TB GoFlex external hard drive is already available for sale.
